Man arrested for assault, woman hospitalized

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man for assaulting a woman, sending her to the hospital for her injuries Wednesday night.

Michael Tramble, 44 was arrested after authorities were called out to the home at 875 Mitchell Road in Burna, Ky.

Officers found that a woman had been seriously assaulted. Witnesses at the home said that Michael Tramble had been the one to assault the woman.

Tramble was arrested at the scene and charged with Assault 1st Degree (Felony), Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), and Menacing (Misdemeanor).

Roy Tramble, 73, Michael Tramble’s father was also arrested for Menacing.

The woman was flown to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville due to her severe injuries.

Both Michael and Roy Tramble were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
