Blue cheese and scallion butter
- 1 cup(2 sticks) salted butter, room temperature
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped scallions
- Pinch of salt & Fresh Cracked pepper
- Mix All ingredients together till evenly incorporated
For each steak.
- 1 Tablespoon each
- Beef base
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Minced garlic
For each 8 piece serving
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Triple Sec
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place olive oil into a skillet and heat.
Add asparagus and heat thru.
Add salt and pepper.
Once asparagus has turned bright green and is tender crisp, remove from flame and add triple sec.
Return to heat and flame off.
