Sauteed shrimp with pesto and wine


  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 # Peeled and deveined, tail on Shrimp
  • ½ cup White wine
  • ¼ cup Pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Pat shrimp dry using a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a medium skillet till hot over medium heat. Toss in the

shrimp and cook until tails start to curl. Toss to flip on the other side.

Add in the white wine and cook till the wine starts to reduce and

thicken. Add the pest and stir until well blended. Continue to cook for 2

minutes. Remove from heat and serve. Garnish with roasted red pepper

strips and shaved Parmesan.
