Gourmet Minutes – Fresh Berry Mousse
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese Cut into cubes and softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup berries of your choice plus extra for garnish
- 2 Tablespoons white chocolate pudding mix
In a medium bowl or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese scraping down the sides of the bowl frequently.
Add in the sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
Add in the fruit then slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat till well incorporated scrape again and sprinkle in the pudding.
Beat on high until the mixture starts to thicken and soft peaks form.
Place into individual bowls and chill until ready to serve. Top with fruit to garnish.
