4. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says the federal government continues to investigate Darren Wilson and the Ferguson, Missouri Police Department. That came one week after the grand jury decided not to indict Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

5. Missouri U.S. Senators Claire McCaskill and Roy Blunt want the U.S. Postal Service to delay closing 82 mail processing centers. That includes centers in Paducah and Cape Girardeau.
