Traffic stop leads to arrest

A Kentucky man was arrested early Tuesday morning after Tennessee police officers found Methamphetamine, a glass pipe, and $45,000 in his car.

They arrested the man behind the wheel of the car, 40-year-old Robert Hopper Jr. of Fulton, Kentucky.

Union City Police say the money was found banded together underneath the center console of the car.

Hopper is charged with possession of drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000.
