4 cups roasted red peppers pulsed in food processor
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
Season a half pound of peeled and deveined shrimp with creole seasoning. Spread the shrimp on a sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Remove and chill.
