Go red for women

You can help highlight the dangers of heart disease all by what color of clothes you wear on Friday.

This Friday is National Wear Red Day.

The day is to help raise awareness that heart disease is the number one health threat to woman.

According to the American Heart Association, heart disease kills more women than all cancers combined and it affects more women than men.

Women can help protect themselves from heart disease by avoiding tobacco products, exercising, and eating a healthy diet.
