Former teacher accused of sexual misconduct with student appears in court

Chelsea Rose waived her preliminary hearing in McCracken County court on Thursday.

She’s the former Reidland Middle School teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a student. 

The case now heads to a grand jury.

If a grand jury indicts, Rose will be back in court on April 16th.
