Be On The Lookout: Two recent cases solved

In this week’s Be On The Lookout, we’re following up on two cases we’ve reported on in recent weeks. Two suspects in those cases have now been found and charged.

Kyle McAlpin was arrested in Caruthersville, MO on February 27 by the Pemiscot County Sheriff’s Office. Graves County sheriff’s deputies have been searching for him since early January. The 32-year-old was wanted for violating probation in a 2012 felony case. He’s expected to be extradited back to Kentucky. To read the original story, click here.

Then, Paducah Police have identified the woman in surveillance images from the southside Walmart. They say 49-year-old Rhonda Stevenson of Calvert City stole an 80-year-old woman’s wallet back on February 7. Stevenson is charged with theft by unlawful taking, less than $500.
