Graves County man arrested for DUI after crash

Kentucky State Police arrested Russell Horton and charged him with DUI after he crashed his truck in a ditch and hit a tree.

KSP says Horton and a passenger were on KY 849 around 7pm Saturday when the crash happened.  Horton was treated and released, but was later arrested.  His passenger, Johnny Adams, was extricated from the truck and taken to Lourdes Hospital.

Horton also faces charges of possession of open alcoholic beverage, assault and no operators license.
