Asian Pork

 Here’s Shandies’ delicious recipe for Asian Pork:

1 lb Pork Loin cut into thin strips


3 slices Fresh Ginger

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 TBS Sherry

Mix together above ingredients and marinate pork for about 30 minutes.

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 TBS sugar

1 garlic clove diced

cracked black pepper

3 TBS sesame oil

2 Green Onions

Garnish with cilantro

After pork has marinated, heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet. Once oil is hot, add pork to brown (discard marinade). Once pork has browned, add sugar, garlic, soy sauce and cracked black pepper. Reduce heat to simmer until the liquid forms a glaze. Stir in green onions and cilantro. This dish can be customized by adding other vegetables such as peppers or broccoli, or nuts once the pork has browned. This is great served over rice.
