Accelerated GED program offered at WKCTC Adult Learning Centers

Adults who want to continue their education by earning GEDs now have an accelerated option that launched across Kentucky on Wednesday. West Kentucky Community and Technical College says the option, called GED Express, will be offered at its Adult Learning Centers.

The option helps qualified students work toward earning a GED diploma faster by offering targeted instruction that addresses each student’s specific gaps in skills via direct and independent instruction in academic content areas, test-taking skills, and technology.

The centers are located in room 111 of the WKCTC Anderson Technical Building at 4810 Alben Barkley Drive in Paducah and the Skilled Craft Training Center at 70 Hickory Road in Hickory.
