Hopkinsville shooting suspect wanted

A Hopkinsville man that was shot Monday evening outside of Campbell Place Apartments on Denzil Drive has died.  

23 year old Damario Bennett, of Hopkinsville, was pronounced dead on April 11, 2015, at Vanderbilt Medical Center as the result of the gunshot wound he suffered on Monday evening.  Hopkinsville Police Detectives have secured a Murder warrant for the alleged shooter, 23 year old Anthony Leverne Brown, of Hopkinsville. 

Brown is described as a black male standing approximately 6’3” tall and weighing 190 pounds.  He is considered armed and dangerous at this time.
