Wanted fugitive arrested in Murray

A wanted fugitive was arrested in Murray.

Kentucky State Police say they received a tip on the location of 22-year-old Joshua Colson of Murray on Wednesday.

Colson had been a fugitive since February after the Kentucky Parole Board issued a warrant for his arrest.

When troopers found Colson, he ran away. Troopers and Parole Officers chased Colson through the streets of Murray before catching him.

Colson was arrested and charged with Fleeing or Evading Police and served with the Parole Board warrant. He was lodged in the Calloway County jail.
