Clay Waller transferred to Oklahoma

Clay Waller is now serving time in an Oklahoma City prison after being transferred from California.

Waller received a five year sentence for threatening his sister-in-law over the internet after the 2011 disappearance of his wife Jacque in southeast Missouri.

In 2013, Waller pleaded guilty to second degree murder for Jacques’ death.  Her body was recovered in southern Illinois.  He received a 20 year sentence for that crime.
