Safe driving course being offered to Kentucky teenagers

Kentucky teenagers are encouraged to sign up for a free safe driving course.

The program can be taken in lieu of Kentucky’s Graduated Drivers Licensing Program.

The four-hour course involves interactive media segments, workbook exercises,and role playing. Students will also learn defensive driving techniques and strategies that will help keep them safe on the road.

There are two classes scheduled for Saturday, May 16th. One will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the other will be held at 1:00 p.m. Classes will be held at the Murray Calloway Transit Authority, 1111 Transit Way in Murray, Kentucky.
