Arrests made regarding Missouri burglaries

The Pemiscot County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois said one adult and three juveniles have been arrested, and thousands of dollars of stolen firearms, jewelry, televisions, gaming devices, clothing, shoes, and farm tools have been recovered following investigations over the past few months into multiple burglaries. 

The sheriff’s office said it and Caruthersville Police Department have been investigating burglaries at farm shops and homes. The person charged as an adult, 17-year-old Charlie Michael Cook if the Braggadocio, Missouri, area, was charged with one count of first degree burglary, two counts of second degree burglary, and two counts of stealing more than $500.

Cook was jailed in the Pemiscot County Jail without bond. The juveniles were taken to the Pemiscot County Juvenile Office. 

The sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing, and it expects to file more charges.
