Marshall County man accused of killing son enters not guilty plea

A Marshall County man accused of killing his 6-month-old son pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.

Police found the baby unresponsive in a bathtub.

The father of the baby, 30-year-old John Mikulich, says he was watching the baby and another child while the baby’s mother was at work.

Mikulich is facing six charges, including wanton murder and drug possession.

If convicted, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
