Police looking for suspect in armed store robbery

Carbondale police are looking for a suspect in a recent store robbery.

The Walgreens at 1600 West Main Street was robbed around 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Officers say the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded property before leaving on foot.

He is described as a white man, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing between 165-180 pounds.

The suspect was wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans, and sunglasses during the robbery.
