Paducah man arrested and charged with DUI after rolling over car

A Paducah man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after he rolled over his car.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department says on Monday, 45-year-old Jamie Ferguson was driving south on Marsha Drive in Ledbetter when he ran off the road.

Deputies say Ferguson then overcorrected, drove to the opposite side of the road, ran off the road again, and flipped his car. The car then rolled into a yard and stopped near someone’s home.

Alcohol and speed are said to be a factor in the crash.

Ferguson was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and no proof of liability insurance. He was arrested and taken to McCracken County Jail.
