Dallas Medical announces closure

Dallas Medical Family Practice and Walk-In Clinic announced it will be permanently closing June 24, 2015.

A post on its Facebook page reads, “Until our doors are permanently closed, we have changed our hours. We will open 10am-6:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, and 1p-7:30pm on Sunday. The office will be closed completely on Wednesdays & Saturdays.”

Patients are also receiving letters announcing the closure.  It reads in part, ‘Dr. Dallas is retiring from active medical practice in the State of Kentucky and has accepted a position in another state.’
