Simmons, along with her passengers, Leatrice Simmons, 89, of Pembroke, Timothy Kline, 14, of Hopkinsville, and Robert Simmons, 10, of Hopkinsville were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment.  All occupants except Timothy Kline were wearing seat belts.

Simmons died Saturday from her injuries.
