Paducah police are asking the public’s help identifying a woman they say hit an 83-year-old Calvert City Woman in the parking lot of a local restaurant and left the scene.

Imagean Pantels and Jennifer Phelps of Calvert City told officers they were walking across the parking lot of Pizza Inn in Paducah when a black or blue Honda with Illinois plates packed out a of parking place and hit Pantels. She was knocked to the ground. They said the driver got out of her car and told them she didn’t see them before getting back into her car and leaving.
