Grant to help finish Greenway Trail in Paducah

Paducah’s Greenway Trail project is receiving $400,000 in federal grants to complete the project.

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says the money will be used to finish the fifth and final phase.

That section will run from Madison and Monroe Streets to Jefferson Street.

Right now the city is working on the project’s second stage, which goes from Noble Park to US 45. A dry underpass in under construction.
