Paducah woman accused of hoarding cat served criminal summons

The owner of a home in Paducah where 30 cats were rescued has been asked to appear in court.

McCracken County Animal Control says Janice Lady has been served a criminal summons on 28 counts of animal cruelty.

Lady is accused of hoarding cats in her home on Whitney Drive. The home was condemned.

Lady is in her mid 70s and was not arrested.
