Former Marshall County Emergency Management Director pleads not guilty in court

Former Marshall County Emergency Management Director Frank Murphy appeared in court on Monday.

Murphy is accused of mishandling an account as the emergency management director.

He pleaded not guilty to theft by unlawful taking over $500 and a count of first degree official misconduct.

Murphy was arrested over the weekend and released after posting bond.
