Two teenagers hit by gun shots in Union City, TN

Two teenage girls were hit by gunfire in Union City, Tennessee early Sunday morning.

The Union City Police Department says officers were called to 202 Railroad Street around 12:30 a.m. on reports of gun shots.

They say the building was rented for a party and that a fight started inside.

During dispersal of the crowd, shots were fired outside the building.

Two 15-year-old girls were hit by gunfire.

Both were treated and released from the hospital.

Officers say at this time no suspects have been identified.
