Judge rules that Angelo Hightower cannot be both police officer and commissioner

A judge says Angelo Hightower can not serve as both a Marion, Illinois police officer and a city commissioner.

Hightower told Local 6 he will focus on serving on the city council.

City attorney Stephen Green argued Hightower's positions were incompatible.
