Three men charged in June theft

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says three men accused of theft of a utility trailer from the parking lot of a Salem business in late June have been arrested. 

The trailer was taken from the parking lot of Salem Food Market on June 29. The sheriff's office says the trailer was recovered by Livingston Sheriff Bobby Davidson and Crittenden County Sheriff's Deputy Ray Agent. 

Marion men 46-year-old Chris A. Fitzgerald, 25-year-old Chris M. Fitzgerald, and 47-year-old Charles Walker were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500. 

The sheriff's office says the trailer was found on the Fitzgerald property in Crittenden County. The Fitzgeralds were jailed in the McCracken County Regional Jail and Walker was jailed n Crittenden County.
