Police investigating crash on I-24 involving pedestrian

UPDATE: All lanes are back open on westbound I-24.


ORIGINAL STORY: Westbound I-24 traffic is being diverted off the interstate at exit 7 in Paducah due to a crash.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a semi hit a pedestrian.

All westbound lanes of I-24 are blocked. Traffic is being diverted off exit 7 onto the connector between US 45 and US 62 to get around the crash site.

Police are investigating the crash.
