Lane restrictions on Eggners Ferry Bridge for next two weeks

There will be lane restrictions on the US 68/KY 80 Eggners Ferry Bridge for the next two weeks.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says it needs to reduce traffic to one lane so that crews can pour concrete for the new bridge.

The lane closures should start around 8:00 a.m. and be in place for about 10 to 12 hours each day.

The bridge connects Marshall and Trigg counties across Kentucky Lake.
