North Friendship Road back open after Friday crash

Friday night McCracken County deputies responded to a single vehicle crash on North Friendship Road in front of Victory Assembly Worship Center.

Deputies say Peyton Harris, 18, of Paducah, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala southbound on North Friendship Road. Deputies say she Harris looked down while navigating the curved and veered off the roadway.

She was unable to pull the vehicle back onto the roadway and ended up in a drainage ditch. She was taken to Baptist Health Paducah for non-life threatening injuries.

The road was closed for about an hour.  It is now back open.
