Shots heard at Noble Park in Paducah
Police say a call came in at 8:17 p.m. of shots fired near the back of the amphitheater at Noble Park.
A man was taken to a hospital with injuries police say were not life threatening. Police could not confirm where on the body the man was injured.
Police are still taking witness statements, and K9s are searching the back of the park toward the floodwall.
Paducah Police Chief Brandon Barnhill said he doesn't know how many people are on the run, but he says there are "multiple."
Noble Park is closed, and so is Stuart Nelson Park.
Local 6's Robert Bradfield says there were some kickball leagues, but police told everyone to leave. The city was getting ready to start the Thursday night Movies in the Park program, but it was canceled for the night and a crowd that gathered for it had to leave.
We well update this story as more details are available.
