Heath Middle School cleanup complete

McCracken County Public Schools tells Local 6 that cleanup is complete at Heath Middle School, where doors were temporarily closed due to mold.

After a compressor failed during a weekend last month, warm air and moisture came through the vents and caused the mold.

MCPS spokeswoman Jayme Jones said Tuesday that the school is now "all cleaned up." She said an air sample taken from the school has been tested to insure no spores were in the air. Jones said students and staff are cleared to enter the building.
