Keith Griffith’s home can come down

Keith Griffith's home in Reidland, Kentucky can come down.

Griffith is accused of shooting and killing his wife and setting their home on fire last year.

In court on Friday, the judge lifted the order to preserve the home.

McCracken County Attorney Sam Clymer says he contacted the lawyer for Keith Griffith's insurance company and they agreed to demolish the house.

Clymer says he doesn't know exactly when the demolition will happen, but expects it fairly soon.
