Paducah dog park temporarily closed for large dogs

A portion of the dog park in Paducah has been temporarily closed.

Paducah Park Services says it has closed the section designated for large dogs so that crews can improve the gravel parking area and the drainage next to the entrance.

The temporary closure is expected to last until mid-day Wednesday.

The section of the dog park for small dogs is not affected and is still open.

The Paducah Dog park is at the eastern end of Stuart Nelson Park.
