Paperwork filed to tear down Griffith home

Accused murderer Keith Griffith's burned house is one step closer to being torn down.

McCracken County Attorney Sam Klimer tells us the needed paperwork was filed Friday morning.

A judge lifted an order to preserve the home last week.

No word yet on when the house will come down. Griffith's insurance company will be the one to determine that.

Griffth is accused of killing his wife and setting the home on fire last year.
