Portion of US 60 to be reduced to one lane in Crittenden County

A portion of US 60 in Crittenden County will be reduced to one lane on Thursday and Friday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says they need the lane closure to put high traction coating on the curve at the top of Rosebud Hill.

The coating should help reduce crashes at the site during wet weather.

The closure will be near the intersection with Nunn Switch Road.

Flaggers will be controlling traffic.

Drivers can self-detour via KY 365.
