Suspects in shooting at Noble Park plead not guilty

Three men allegedly involved in a shooting and robbery at Paducah’s Noble Park all pleaded not guilty in court on Thursday.

The shooting, which happened in July, injured one person.

Paducah Police say the incident started out as a drug deal.

Ellas Mobley, James Burlingame, and Austin Cunningham are all charged with 1st degree robbery.

Mobley also faces a 1st degree assault charge.

Burlingame faces two counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment.

A 17-year-old girl was also arrested in connection to the crime.
