Whaler’s Catch property under contract for purchase

The Whaler’s Catch restaurant in Paducah is under contract for new ownership.

The family of John Harris closed the restaurant last November after his death.

The name of the potential buyer has not been released.

The sale is expected to be finalized by the middle of October.
