Graves County school board approves tax increase

The Graves County Board of Education approved a property tax rate increase Tuesday night. 

The board approved a 4 percent increase Tuesday, according to Graves County Schools spokesman Paul Shaumberg. He says the new rate is 41.3 cents per $100 of real and personal property.
