Deputies find more than 120 marijuana plants at Marshall County home

A Marshall County man was arrested after deputies found more than 120 marijuana plants in his home.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office say the plants were found in a home on US 68 west.

Deputies also found several bags of processed marijuana along with marijuana in different stages of processing.

46-year-old William Davis was arrested and charged with cultivation in marijuana over 5 plants and trafficking in marijuana 8 ounces but less than 5 pounds.

He was taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
