Former middle school teacher pleads guilty for a second time

Former Reidland Middle School teacher Chelsea Rose pleaded guilty in Marshall County court on Monday.

She was originally charged with using an electronic device to solicit sex from a minor.

That charge was amended to attempted unlawful transaction with a minor 1st degree.

In August, she pleaded guilty in McCracken County to prohibited use of an electronic communication to procure a minor in a sex offense.

The courts have said she can serve both her sentences at the same time.

Rose is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

She will be sentenced next month.
