Public’s help needed in search of missing Calloway County woman

Calloway County Sheriff’s detectives are searching for a missing 81 year-old woman.

They tell us Maxine Jones has been missing since early Sunday morning.  She was driving a blue 2002 Ford Escape with license plate KY-003CXX.

Detectives say she was last seen leaving the Charley Miller Road area of northern Calloway County and was heading to church at Brooks Chapel in Dexter.  She was wearing a cream colored sweater, brown pants and brown sandals.

Her family says she’s diagnosed with dementia and has diabetes and could be disoriented.

She’s about 5’3" inches tall and weighs about 160 lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
