Reward being offered for information on Cape Girardeau shooting death

A reward is being offered for information on the shooting death of a Cape Girardeau man.

42-year-old Howard Harris Smith Jr. was found shot to death in front of a home at 911 Ranney Avenue Tuesday evening.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
