Collectible cards featuring local police officers to hit the streets soon

Starting next week, you can start collecting cards featuring local police officers.

The Paducah Police Department says its collectible cards will hit the streets on Monday.

Each baseball-style card features a photo of an officer with some personal information on the back.

Anyone can walk up to an officer and ask for their card.

As a reminder, don’t approach officers when they are on a traffic stop, investigating a crash, or involved in any other police activity.

The cards are designed to increase interaction between police and the public.
