Deputies: Speed and alcohol a factor in deadly Purchase Parkway crash

Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says a Hickman County man died in a crash on the Purchase Parkway Friday night.

Deputies were called to the 23 mile marker around 6:40pm for a report of a motorcycle crash.  The driver was identified as Lloyd Henderson.  Deputies say he was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene.  Deputies believe speed and alcohol contributed to the crash.

No one else was involved.
