Power outage planned north of Union City in Tennessee

Gibson Electric Membership Corporation in Trenton, Tennessee, says some members north of Union City can expect power outages on Wednesday. The company says the outages are required to finish a 25kV conversion, which it says will enhance service reliability over the long term. 

Gibson Electric says about 107 members on Clifford Rives Road west of Hubert Harris Road, Highway 21 between King Road and Lindenwood Road, and the east end of Perry Browder Road and Mt. Zion Road will experience a planned outage starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. 

Another 44 members on Hubert Harris Road, east Clifford Rives Road, Section Line Road south of Clifford Rives, McClard Road and Cloys Road will experience an outage starting at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
