Lane restriction on I-24 near Paducah Wednesday

Traffic will be restricted to one lane on eastbound Interstate 24 near Paducah on Wednesday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says it needs the lane restriction between mile markers 11 and 12 for erosion control work.

This is just east of the KY 1954/Husbands Road exit 11 interchange.

All traffic will be moved into the left-hand or passing lane.

Work should start around 9:00 a.m. and end around 3:30 p.m.
